Decentralized planning and participatory process of implementing various action programs is the basic methodology of PEACE. Every human is born with certain capabilities. Hence self-sustained them in transference manner is our motto. Development approach is basically the approach of PEACE. It honors the indigenous know how of the community for whom it works.

While working with community, PEACE is not only concerned with the outcome of an implemented program, rather apprehensive with the result/goal of such program through participatory approach. The strategic approach for development of a community is of two ways: first, community approach i.e. when the community is considered as one unit, the families and individuals are involuntarily included in the process of development. Second, individual approach i.e. each individuals are considered as units of development which evidently a cause for the development of that family as well as of the community.
