The present president and executive director of PEACE Mr. Bhikari Charana Behera had been participating in different social activities like cleaning of medicals, streets at muddy, school building at dirty during his schooling period in remote tribal pocket Mohana under so called Ganjam district of Odisha in Indian soil. His college period is covered by participating and leading the social and cultural activities amongst the students. He was elected the President of a registered social institution namely Maharaja Krushnachandra Gajapati Yubak Sangha, Mohana during 1984-86 and then secretary of Neelachala Sanskrutika Sangha, Mohana during 1987-90. The knowledge and experience of both the organizations and activities in the colleges mass boast him to start a statewide network organization namely PEACE involving a group of dedicated social minded people during 1993-94.The activities of PEACE has been started just after the registration during 1993-94 in Ganjam and Gajapati district.
